BitzaHugs is officially available on Apple. It is a gentle family support app for caregivers of children with autism, ADHD, sensory differences, behavioral challenges, and other support needs. It helps families with visual routines, emotional check-ins, transition support, calming tools, printable resources, hard-day guidance, secure Support Team sharing, and a parent-controlled Child Support Snapshot.
Created by a local mom and caregiver who understands how much small, simple supports can matter. For school or district inquiries, email hello@bitzahugs.com.
You're doing your best, and that is enough.

BitzaHugs supports parents, caregivers, and families navigating autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, behavioral challenges, school transitions, IEP-related routines, big feelings, and everyday overwhelm.
Simple tools that help children feel supported β and help caregivers feel less alone while guiding them.
Create soft, easy-to-follow routines for mornings, school, meals, bedtime, and everyday transitions.
Help your child communicate how they feel with gentle visuals, simple choices, and calming prompts.
Timers, reminders, and step-by-step transition tools for moments that can feel overwhelming.
Breathing exercises, grounding prompts, calm-down strategies, and small supports for overstimulating moments.
A gentle place to go when things feel hard β with comfort, reassurance, and small next steps.
Visual supports families can print and keep at home, in a backpack, on the fridge, or with a care team.
Families often have to re-explain their childβs needs to every new teacher, therapist, aide, substitute, babysitter, or support person. The Child Support Snapshot helps caregivers organize important support information in one calm place.
Add communication style, sensory needs, triggers, calming strategies, transition tips, favorite comforts, meltdown recovery plans, emergency notes, and important people β then share the snapshot only when you choose.
The Support Team Portal helps caregivers safely share a childβs Support Snapshot with trusted teachers, therapists, aides, or family members using a secure 6-digit share code β no account required.
Support team members can view the snapshot in read-only mode, while caregivers stay in control and can revoke access anytime.
Generate a code with an expiration option of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Share communication style, sensory needs, triggers, calming strategies, strengths, and preferences.
Caregivers stay in control and can revoke access anytime.
Teachers, therapists, and aides simply enter the code and view the snapshot right away.

Founder of BitzaHugs
Mom, caregiver, and creator of gentle support tools for real family life.
BitzaHugs was not created in a boardroom.
It was created in the middle of real family life β the kind with routines that do not always go as planned, hard transitions, sensory overwhelm, appointment reminders, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet hope that tomorrow might feel a little easier.
My son, Zachariah, is the heart behind this app. Parenting a child with autism and behavioral challenges has taught me that caregiving is not just about schedules, appointments, and routines. It is about learning how to stay calm when your child is overwhelmed. It is about trying to understand what they need when they may not be able to tell you.
There were many moments when I searched for tools that could help my family feel more supported. I wanted something gentle. Something simple. Something I could open during a hard moment and not feel judged, overstimulated, or like I was failing.
That need became BitzaHugs β a gentle family support app created to help caregivers and children feel more organized, more supported, and less alone.
βBecause families should not have to feel alone in the hardest moments. Because caregivers deserve support too.
Because every family deserves tools that feel gentle, safe, and human.β
BitzaHugs is built for real families β with softness, safety, privacy, and compassion in mind.
Your childβs support information is not public. Families choose what they include and who they share it with.
BitzaHugs is built around trust and family privacy. Child data should never be used for ads or sold.
Families can have hard days without feeling like they failed.
BitzaHugs is a support tool, not a replacement for professional care or emergency services.
